Customized Products

Order Processing

Delays and Issues

While we strive to deliver your order within the stated time frames, please be aware that unexpected delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times, postal service delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund. To make this process as smooth and transparent as possible, please familiarize yourself with our refund policy.

7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy, starting from the date of your purchase, for most products sold on our platform. This means you have up to 7 days to request a refund. After this period has passed, we, unfortunately, cannot issue a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Your refund request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
• The product must be in its original condition, must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. It should not have been damaged, or altered in any way.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

• Items that have been altered or customized specifically for you
• Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return

Refund Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria and want to request a refund, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items to ensure their safe delivery to us.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@zariveda.com with details and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Store Credit:

• If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the value of the returned item(s) instead of a refund. Store credits do not expire and can be used towards future purchases.
