Return and cancellation
At Zariveda Studios, we take pride in offering a wide range of quality products and are committed to your satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund. To make this process as smooth and transparent as possible, please familiarize yourself with our refund policy.
7-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy, starting from the date of your purchase, for most products sold on our platform. This means you have up to 7 days to request a refund. After this period has passed, we, unfortunately, cannot issue a refund.

- Your refund request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original condition, must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. It should not have been damaged, or altered in any way.
